How does the free trial work?
You'll enter a credit card to start your trial so there's no interruption when it ends. You won't be charged for the duration of the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay $0. If you don't cancel, your card is charged for the plan you selected and your subscription begins.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel anytime from your account settings — no phone calls, no forms. You keep access through the end of your current billing period.
What's included in each plan?
The same features are included in both monthly and annual plans. The annual plan just gives you a meaningful discount for paying upfront.
How do I add more children?
Each plan includes 1 child profile. You can add additional children for $1.99/month each on monthly billing, or $19.10/year each on annual billing. Add or remove children anytime from your account.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards via our secure payment processor.
Do you offer refunds?
We don't offer refunds for partial periods, but you can cancel anytime and you won't be billed again. If something went wrong, email us at support@neurture.app and we'll make it right.
